Attendees Terms
By registering for or attending an event powered by Lanternfly, you agree to provide accurate information, to use tickets and QR passes only as issued to you, and to follow the organiser's code of conduct and venue rules. Event content — streams, recordings and materials — is for your personal use unless the organiser states otherwise. Refunds and transfers follow the organiser's published policy for each event.
Terms of Use (Client)
Organisers may use Lanternfly to create events, sell tickets and engage attendees in line with applicable law and our acceptable-use policy. You remain the data controller for your attendee data and are responsible for the accuracy of event content, pricing and fulfilment. Service availability targets, support levels and liability limits are set out in your order form and this agreement. We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, spam or unlawful activity.
Subscription Agreement
Platform licences are billed per event or annually as stated in your order. Fees cover the attendee allowances quoted; transparent overages apply beyond them. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice, and onboarding services are delivered against an agreed schedule. Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days to remedy. Upon termination, your data remains exportable for 90 days.
